A robust identity system for a chef’s vision of all passion, no pretension.
Me Gusta Food plays with the heady flavours of the Mediterranean—from Italy and Spain to Morocco and Turkey—to create delectable dips, sauces and spreads. We built an identity system with the brand name and tone of voice, logo and visual language, and packaging for the range of global condiments.
Playing off on the Mediterranean ingredients, the name means “I like” in Spanish.
We imagined the brand to be an extension of the chef-entrepreneur’s style of cooking—gourmet but not frou-frou, artisanal but not pretentious—big flavours in a small jar.
The design is earthy and represents the ethos of handmade, carefully-crafted, small-batch products. The strong copy plays on the chef’s love for strong global flavours and passionate cooking.
